Voucher codes are not case sensitive, but be sure there are no spaces between characters when you enter.
For codes with a zero ‘0’ or an ‘O’ (letter), make sure you are entering the correct character.
Ensure that once the code is entered you hit the ‘Apply’ button to the right of the field. If you do not hit ‘apply’ your discount will not calculate.
Please be aware that any transaction using BNPL payment method will be directed to a third-party payment site. You will automatically redirected to our site to confirm your purchase after your payment is complete.
Once you sign up to the newsletter, you will receive a Welcome Email containing your RM25 voucher within 30 minutes. Please check your Spam and Junk Folders as sometimes emails may be diverted to these folders automatically.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
The order can reach you within 8 to 12 working days from the date of ordering.
For standard delivery, shipping fee of RM12.90 for West Malaysia and RM19.90 for East Malaysia will apply respectively. Enjoy free delivery for all orders above RM350.
Once your order is shipped out, a tracking number will be shared via email. Kindly visit Tracking site to get a status update for your delivery.
We only ship locally, and we do not have international shipping service.

Returns
Triumph is committed in ensuring you a happy experience with your lingerie purchase. Should you feel unhappy with your purchase due to damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order, or perhaps a changed your mind, simply return the bra item(s) in their original conditions with the original tags within 21 days of the purchase date. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties, and girdles.

Bra item(s) which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed are non returnable. Any non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected. The re-delivery shipping cost of the returned item(s) will be billed to you. To avoid such cost, kindly ensure that all the requirements above are met. Unclaimed item(s) will be disposed after a certain period of time.
For online purchases, refund will be done via in online store Return Credits gift card with a 3-month validity period from the date of issuance. The gift card will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of the return arrive at our warehouse. We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible, a confirmation email will be sent as soon as the refund has been processed.
Yes, you can! However, please be informed that the discount amount applied to the item will not be refunded.

We have an online bra fitting consultation. via ZOOM whereby our our product experts can help you find the right bra that meet your fit and style.
To ensure your bras maintain their shape and have a long life, we recommend following the instructions on the care label when washing your bras. Generally, we recommend hand washing your bras in cold water and line drying in the shade. Washing and drying in electric washers/dryers can result in reshaping the bra and/or tears in fabric due to the delicate nature of the construction. Additionally, we recommend storing your bras with both cups face up and the clasp shut.
