WHAT IS CLICK AND COLLECT?

Click and Collect is our new and convenient way for you to collect your online orders. Shop online and collect your purchases at one of our Triumph Boutiques at your convenience.

HOW MUCH DOES THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE COST?

Click and Collect is free for all orders with no minimum spend required.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

  1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of your order.
  2. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after your order has been packed and picked up from the warehouse. Please note that your order is not yet ready for collection at this stage.
  3. Once your order has arrived in the boutique of your choice, you will receive an email notifying you for collection.

HOW LONG DOES THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE TAKE?

As we rely on an external courier system, we are only able to deliver parcels to the selected boutique within 3 working days (MY) from Mon—Fri, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon will be fulfilled the next working day.

While we strive to meet this timing – unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that unforeseen issues will affect our carrier. Under these circumstances we do not issue any form of compensation as this is a non-guaranteed service.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Please proceed to the cashier counter, or approach any member of our staff for assistance. Do bring along the Collection confirmation email (either a printout or digital copy) to collect your order.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Please collect your order within 10 working days of receiving the email notification for Collection.

Please also note that all click and collect items are bound by our returns and exchange policy here. Triumph only accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order’s confirmation date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

The order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed. A refund will take up to 10 working days to process.

FAQ: I’ve collected on the last day of my collection period, can I still exchange or refund my item? Of course you can, as you are still in the returns and exchanges window, simply open the package in store, check your items and decide if you wish to proceed with the return or exchange.

CAN I GET SOMEONE TO COLLECT MY ORDER FOR ME? If you are unable to collect your order you may nominate someone to collect your order on your behalf. Please have that person bring your Collection confirmation email (either digital or print out).

WHICH TRIUMPH STORES HAVE CLICK AND COLLECT?

Click and Collect is available at our Triumph Boutiques only. Outlet stores and departmental stores are excluded from our click and collect service.
