What is counterfeit product?
To counterfeit means to make an exact imitation of something of value with the intention to deceive or defraud. Counterfeit products are often produced with the intent to take advantage of the superior value of the imitated product. In our case, customers might encounter goods that visibly appear to be authentic Triumph or sloggi products but lack the superior quality, craftsmanship and development time invested in all of our products.
Triumph International sell authentic Triumph & sloggi products through the following exclusive locations:

We do not sell our products on any other channels such as unauthorised retail locations, unauthorised 3rd party platforms, social media platforms or through Internet auctions. Triumph does not give any warranty on any products bought outside the abovementioned official channels and such products will not be eligible for returns. They may also be of a substandard quality and are not representative of our full customer experience.
Can I get a refund on products not bought through an official Triumph store?
Any product not bought on an official Triumph distribution platform is likely to be counterfeit and is not eligible to be refunded or returned to Triumph.

Do fake Triumph websites and social media platforms exist?
Sadly, they do. These sites may use pictures, text and photographs from our official sites to create an impression of legitimacy. Products on these sites may be offered at a substantial discount and you may receive nothing after you have purchased it.

What Triumph does to counter counterfeiting?
Triumph International takes great pride in producing the finest quality lingerie and under garments. Because of this, we vigorously pursue counterfeiting operations and the individuals responsible for the production, distribution and sale of counterfeit goods. We work with local and national law enforcement to help prevent the illegal sale and distribution of counterfeit goods. We also work with domain name registrars to take down fraudulent websites and online auctions that sell counterfeit products.
Seller fraud, scams and personal information?
Always be careful if a seller or unofficial site you are dealing with asks for your personal information including contact details, such as an email or phone number. Triumph International will never ask for any information in the form of a customer survey or on social media channels.
If someone claiming to be from Triumph or a Triumph representative contacts you and they request personal information, please contact our customer service department via Email.
