Return policy

With Triumph’s process for trouble-free returns, sending items back is just as easy as ordering. Please note that we can only accept products purchased from the online store and that products ordered online cannot be returned to any Triumph retail outlets or any Triumph departmental counters.

To return goods purchased online, please call our Customer Care team at 1800-806 801 anytime between 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, for us to assist you with the return process and generating of a Return Form. You will need a Return Form to be attached to your return products in order for us to proceed with a return/refund process.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are highly recommended to send the parcel using a delivery service that is trackable. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

1. Return Eligibility

The period of returns acceptable will be within 21 days from the day of dispatch. Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. We currently do not accept returns for Briefs due to hygiene concerns.  SALE or FLASH SALE items are not returnable.

The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control. We will process your return request as soon as we receive your return parcel. We therefore require you to allow us at least 14 days to receive and process your return.

The return product together with a valid Return Form should reach our designated warehouse or collection center within 5 working days from the date of issuance of the Return Form by our Customer Care team. Return products received without a valid Return Form will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We are unable to handle exchange of products purchased from the online store. If you need to return your purchase for a refund, do let our Customer Care team to assist you in this matter.

3. Refunds

We will refund the purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding delivery charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.

4. Damaged and Defective Products

At Triumph, we uphold our products to the highest standards of quality. With proper care, our products are known to outlast its expected shelf life. It is extremely rare for customers to be receiving Triumph products that are damaged or defective.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality, the original product will be returned to you. We do not accept refunds for the following:

  • Obtained from a source other than my.triumph.com
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
