Ordering

The online order form lets you conveniently purchase Triumph products round the clock. Unfortunately, it is not possible to place orders by email, fax or via our customer service telephone hotline. This is an English language website and all contracts will be in the English language only.

Ordering In Four Simple Steps:

  1. Once you have chosen one of our products in the colour and size of your choice, you can add it to your shopping bag by clicking on "Add to Shopping Bag" in the product description page. You can easily retrieve and modify the content of your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag symbol in the top right-hand corner of the page. To checkout with your selected products, click on "Checkout" and follow the step-by-step process
  2. Enter information in all the required fields for your online order. You can also choose to create an account with us. By having an account with us, you will be able to check your order history and save your shipping address to make your next purchase faster and easier. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on the confidentiality of your data at Triumph.
  3. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an automated email acknowledging receipt. Please note that the order amount has not been deducted from your credit card yet. Payment for order will only be captured when your order is shipped.
  4. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email which also serves as your order confirmation. We will take 1-2 working days to prepare your order, and you will receive your order within 2-5 working days for West Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia upon order.

Unavailable Products

Triumph shows all products available at the time of your order on its website. If a specific product is sold out, Triumph is not able to re-order it for individual customers. Triumph, however, attempts to replenish stocks of sold-out goods. Please try again at a later point in time.

Confirmation Email

You can use the confirmation email to track the progress of your order. You will receive email messages in the following cases:

  1. When we receive your order
  2. When we deliver your order

If you do not receive a confirmation email as expected, please check your spam folder. If you do find the email in your spam folder, you can avoid this problem in future by adding our email address to your contacts. Please get in touch with customer service if you do not receive an email as expected.

Changing Or Cancelling An Order

Unfortunately, we process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we are unable to cancel or change your order. If you change your mind after placing your order, you may return any items that comply with our Return Policy within 21 days from the day of dispatch. Simply follow our return policy.

Promotion Codes For Campaigns

Within the scope of its marketing campaigns, Triumph issues promotion codes from time to time for free delivery, discounts, etc. To use a promotion code, please enter it on the Checkout page. You may only use one promotion code per purchase. Some codes are valid for a limited time only.
